My name is David Rochabrun, and I proudly hail from Peru. When I was 18, my father made the life-changing decision for us to move to the United States, seeking a brighter future and better opportunities. My journey in the food industry began humbly, starting as a dishwasher, a path many in the industry are familiar with. Over time, I immersed myself in the kitchen environment, learning the intricacies of the culinary world, and gradually worked my way up through most of the stations in the restaurant.

The idea of founding Inca’s Plancha with my wife, Sulvy Rojas, was born from countless conversations and brainstorming sessions over the past five years. We both shared a dream of creating something of our own, a venture that combined our skills and passions. We believed it was the perfect time to embark on this new chapter, leveraging our strengths.

With 24 years of hands-on experience in the food industry and my wife’s extensive background in customer service, we felt confident in our abilities to create a unique and successful business. My expertise in the kitchen, paired with her exceptional customer service skills, formed the foundation of Inca’s Plancha. Together, we brought our vision to life, aiming to offer something unique and deeply rooted in our cultural heritage.
