InBix and ADNAT proudly announce the registration fee waiver award for students who want to attend the conference but their registration fee can not be covered by the institute.
- The award will be given to 15 participants in total.

The award will be given to purely on the basis of your 'Interest Statement', to be filled in the form bellow.

For all the InBix-ADNAT2024 participants, award can be claimed only in one category.

Lalji Singh Travel Award 2024

Like previous year, we are glad to announce travel-reimbursement award for participants of InBix-ADNAT2024 conference.

Only for registered participants of InBix-ADNAT2024 conference.
Total of 20 participants will get 3rd AC return fare (for confirm tickets booked through IRCTC).
Open for UG/PG/PhD/Post-Docs.
Selection will be done based on Abstracts. There is no need for applying separately for the award.
Selected candidates will be announced at the conference venue.

UDAAN - Child care grant
for attending #InBix-ADNAT2024 conference

We at InBIX-ADNAT2024 understand that for parents in academia (either parents or both), attending conferences would be a great challenge. Therefore, to support the participation of parents, we have introduced child care grant for the first time in InBix-ADNAT2024. For this, either parent with child/children less than 10 years of age are applicable. This grant of 8,000 INR can be used in different ways to meet the personal needs of the applicant. It can be used to cover the costs incurred for a childcare facility, costs of caretaker, or bringing the caregiver or child to the meeting. We would like clarify that we cannot provide on-site childcare facility and therefore if you wish to bring your child, she/he will be entirely your responsibility.
