By downloading or using the Gold Detector & Gold Scanner app (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Subscription Services

The App offers "Premium" features via auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you gain access to advanced gold detection, professional metal scanning, and an ad-free experience.

Subscription Plans and Pricing:

• Weekly Subscription: $4.00 per week (Auto-renewable)

• Monthly Subscription: $12.00 per month (Auto-renewable)

• Yearly Subscription: $99.00 per year (Auto-renewable)

Note: Prices may vary by territory and are displayed in your local currency within the App.

3. Billing and Renewal

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan above.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.

• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable through the developer. All refund requests must be processed through Apple Support in accordance with Apple’s refund policy.

5. Proper Use of Sensors

The App uses the magnetometer and microphone sensors for utility purposes.

• Accuracy: Metal and gold detection accuracy depends entirely on your device's hardware quality and environmental interference.

• Disclaimer: This App is a utility tool and should not be used for professional geological surveys or safety-critical metal detection.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including design and code) are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
