1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to the applications developed by Inam Ullah ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our iOS, iPadOS, and macOS applications, together with any related features and services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.
2. Permission to Use Our Apps
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our applications for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the applications.
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover the source code.
- Create derivative works from the applications.
- Sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Services.
- Share the applications through unauthorized networks or platforms.
All ownership rights remain exclusively with Inam Ullah.
3. AI Processing & Uploaded Content
Certain app features require you to upload, capture, or select images or other media, or to enter a text prompt. Before this content is sent anywhere, the app discloses which third-party AI provider will receive it and requests your confirmation to continue.
To provide AI-powered results, your content may be securely transmitted to the following trusted AI service providers, depending on the feature and app you are using:
Meshy AI API
Used for generating AI-powered 3D models. Images are transmitted only to complete the requested transformation. After processing is complete, the generated model is returned to your device.
PixVerse AI API
Used for generating AI video clips and visual transformations. Your uploaded media is processed solely to create the requested output before being returned to your device.
OpenAI API
Used for generating AI images from a typed text prompt. Only your text prompt is transmitted — no image or video is sent for this feature. The generated image is returned to your device.
Your uploaded content is never used by us, or authorized for use by our AI providers, for:
- AI model training
- Advertising
- Marketing
- User profiling
- Selling to third parties
Content is processed only to fulfill your requested transformation.
4. Privacy & Personal Information
Protecting your privacy is one of our priorities.
Unless explicitly required for a requested feature, we do not intentionally collect or permanently store:
- Facial geometry
- Facial data
- Biometric identifiers
- Facial recognition templates
We also do not build biometric profiles or maintain facial databases.
Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details regarding data handling, third-party data recipients, and face data disclosure.
5. Device Permissions
Some features require access to device capabilities.
Examples include:
- Camera — capturing photos or videos
- Photo Library — importing or saving content
- Microphone — voice recording features (where available)
Where an app shows advertising, it will also request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before any tracking-related identifier is used.
Permissions are requested only when needed and may be revoked at any time through your device settings. Disabling permissions may prevent certain features from functioning correctly.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All software, source code, graphics, designs, logos, interfaces, text, branding, and related materials contained within our applications are protected by intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Your Responsibilities
You remain fully responsible for any content you create, upload, or share using our applications.
You agree not to create or distribute content that:
- Violates applicable laws
- Infringes another person's rights
- Contains defamatory or abusive material
- Exploits or harms minors
- Misrepresents or impersonates another individual
- Is intended to deceive through fake or manipulated media
You are solely responsible for how AI-generated content is used after creation.
8. Third-Party Services
Our applications rely on carefully selected third-party providers to deliver certain features. These may include:
- Meshy AI API — AI-powered 3D model generation
- PixVerse AI API — AI video and image generation
- OpenAI API — AI text-to-image generation
- Apple In-App Purchases — subscription and payment processing
Each provider operates under its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of independent third-party services.
9. Purchases & Subscriptions
Some features require payment.
All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store payment system.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Pricing may change in accordance with App Store policies and applicable law.
10. Refunds
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents normal use of a purchased feature, please contact us before requesting a refund.
When submitting a refund inquiry, include:
- Purchase date
- App name
- Description of the issue
- Supporting screenshots if available
Refund eligibility remains subject to Apple's payment policies and applicable laws.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inam Ullah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any reliance on AI-generated content.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the application.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, legal obligations, or business practices.
Updated versions become effective once published.
Continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which legal enforcement is required.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through informal communication whenever possible.
