Ina Jäntgen

I am a postdoctoral fellow at the National University of Singapore and the Munich Center for Mathematical Philosophy at the Ludwig Maximilian University, financed by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) for a project on uncertainty attitudes as values in science. Before that, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Munich Center for Mathematical Philosophy (Chair of Philosophy of Science). I completed my PhD in Philosophy at the University of Cambridge, with a dissertation on how effect sizes can inform rational decision-making.

I specialise in the philosophy of science, with a focus on the philosophy of the biomedical and social sciences, and in formal epistemology and decision theory. You can find out more about my research here.
