When cruelty masquerades as law and fear is wielded as a weapon—we must stand firm, informed, and unafraid. As the latest wave of anti-immigrant policies threatens our communities, I have created this space as an information hub to aid you in confronting the current immigration challenges. Whether you are an immigrant, a bystander, or a steadfast ally, knowing your rights is an act of resistance.
Knowledge is our armor. Solidarity is our strength.
The “What to Do if Confronted by ICE” guide is available in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Arabic, French, and Yoruba, with more translations to come.
This fight is far from over. As xenophobia adapts, so must we. More resources will be added as new challenges arise—because we are many, we are watching, and we are not backing down.

Do Not Sign Anything: Do not sign any documents without first speaking to an attorney. Signing could affect your immigration case.
Do Not Open the Door: Unless ICE has a judicial warrant signed by a judge, you are not required to let them into your home. Ask them to slide any documents under the door for review.
Ask for a Lawyer: Clearly state: “I want to speak to a lawyer.” Do not volunteer information.
Document the Encounter: If it’s safe, take notes or video the interaction. Write down names, badge numbers, and details.
