Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the In Rain application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Nishatul Majid (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them thoroughly.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

Service Adjustments and Charges

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services. Any charges (such as the "Premium" lifetime unlock) will be clearly communicated. Once a "Lifetime" unlock is purchased, it grants you permanent access to premium features as described at the time of purchase, subject to the continued availability of the Application.

Data and Device Security

The Application stores and processes personal data (such as sound profiles and settings) locally on your device. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone. The Service Provider strongly advises against "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your device, as this can compromise security features and cause the Application to malfunction.

Connectivity

Some functions, including premium feature restoration and updates, require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to a lack of Wi-Fi or data exhaustion. You are responsible for any data charges incurred from your mobile provider.

Limitation of Liability

While the Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is accurate and functional, we rely on third-party frameworks (like Apple's AVFoundation and StoreKit). The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the functionality of the Application.

Trial Mode

The Application includes a "Trial Mode" for non-premium users. In this mode, playback may be interrupted after a specific duration (e.g., 60 seconds) to encourage the purchase of the full version. These restrictions are removed upon a successful Premium purchase.

Termination

The Service Provider may terminate access to the Application at any time. Upon termination:

1. The rights and licenses granted to you will end.

2. You must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.

Changes to Terms

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes are effective once posted on this page.
