212th Expectations

Enlisted

As a 212th enlisted your main tasks are to fight with honor. It is encouraged that during this period you take the time to familiarize yourself with the base, server, other battalions, and SOP.

Non-Commission Officer (NCO)

It is at this point that you have proven yourself trustworthy within 212th and now have entrusted the ability to host tryouts. Doing tryouts is necessary to keep the battalion active and with fresh players, and is also the primary source to see if you’re ready for promotion. It is also your job to be an example and a role model to enlisted and for the server. During this period, it is essential to understand and memorize most of the SOP.

Officers (2LT-MAJ)

As a officer, it is expected that you understand the SOP and server rules. It is also your responsibility to host SIM’s and lead events. You will also be task with everyone blow you is doing there jobs and they aren't minging

Command    

As command you are the heart and soul of the entire battalion everyone will be depending on you and your orders.  You will be commanding everyone below you on what they need to do.
