Head of the scientific and technological cooperation network Institute for Science, Innovation, and  Technology for Industry 4.0 (INCITE INDÚSTRIA 4.0) and the Extended Reality Lab for Industrial Innovation and Sustainable Production (XRIISP Lab). Currently, she is the Coordinating Professor of the NVIDIA AI Tech Center (CIMATEC NVAITC) and Coordinator of the Master's and PhD programs in Industrial Management and Technology (PPG GETEC) at CIMATEC. She has led over 40 applied research projects with major players such as FORD, Continental, HP, EMBRAER, Petrobras and SHELL, publishing 42 articles, 3 books, 19 book chapters, and more than 50 technical production assets, including one granted patent and 10 filed patents. She has supervised 19 PhD and Master's graduates, many of whom are industry collaborators with international co-supervision. She is a mentor on the Digital Transformation Committee of SAE Brazil and an advisor to the Singaporean startup CHiLX.

Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the State University of Santa Cruz - UESC. She has carried out voluntary activities in the preparation, planning and management of projects at the LIFE JUNIOR company, in the Laboratory of Innovations in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at UESC, holding the positions of project manager, project director and vice-president. She has a master's degree in computer modeling from the State University of Santa Cruz and a PhD in Industrial Management and Technology (SENAI/Cimatec), with research in the area of Product Development. She teaches at the State University of Santa Cruz, in the Engineering and Computing department. She is currently a member of the inter-institutional and interdisciplinary scientific and technological cooperation network INCITE Industry 4.0, and vice-coordinator of the Modeling and Immersive Technologies Laboratory (MTILab/UESC).

PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UFPR, also holds a master's degree and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Professor at Degraf and in the postgraduate programs PPGDESIGN and PPGEM, where he also serves as deputy coordinator. Coordinator of the specialization in 3D Technology Management at UFPR. Coordinator of LabMeta. Leader of the research group on Intelligent Design and Manufacturing. CNPq researcher (Productivity in Technological Development), with dozens of publications in the field of technologies, particularly in virtual reality and the Metaverse. Equity partner at the startup AeonVR, a company founded in 2018.

PhD candidate in Industrial Management and Technology (GETEC) at SENAI CIMATEC. Holds a degree in Psychology from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (2007) and specializations in Public Management from Universidade Cândido Mendes (2012), Ergonomics Management from UFRJ (2015), and Science and Technology Management in Health (2014) from ENSP-Fiocruz. Earned a Master's in Public Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (EBAPE-FGV) and completed international modules at ESADE (Spain), ISCTE (Portugal), and RUTGERS (USA). An experienced professional in the fields of People Management, Change Management, Public Management, Psychology, Worker Health, Planning, and Project Management.
