0:10, May 16: The venue of the conference is located in the Sugimoto Campus of Osaka Metropolitan University.

It is the Media Center building (the building number 11 in the map below).

On May 16 and May 17, all the entrance doors will be opened at 8:30.  From 8:00, you can get into the building from the entrance facing to the west (the side facing to the building number 13), where the security guard is placed.  If you are asked who goes where, answering "attending the conference of the 10th floor" should be enough.  The entrance opening time will be 10:00 on May 18, so you need to use this entrance, which will be opend at 8:00,  to be in time for the first lecture, which starts on 9:00.

There is a security gate inside the building.  Please use the right-most gate unless you have a card to open the closed gate.  If someone asks you who goes where, the same answer as above will do.  You will find an elevator to 10F on the right.

0:50, May 16: At the reception desk, please take your name tag, an extended abstract, a program, and a lunch map.  In the lecture room food and drink are prohibited, except that a bottled drink is OK.  Some water are available  inside the lecture room.  Tea coffee are available at the room near the elevator.  On the other side, there is a room for taking a rest.

23:00, May 15: Wifi connection is available at most of the buildings of Sugimoto Campus of OMU, including the venue of the conference.

If you have an eduroam account, then you can try it.

Also, many guest accounts have been issued for this conference.

If you do not have a guest account and need it, please fill in your name on one of the sheets (each sheet has a different ID/PW pair) on the reception desk at the entrance of the venue, detach and post it to the box  there.

The SSID that you can connect is  OMUNET-1X.

Notes added on May 13:　Most of the lectures are recorded, and the videos may be distributed.  Our staffs will take photos during the lectures and the photos will be used for advertisement of OCAMI.   On Thursday May 16, after Tran Nam Trung's talk (around noon), we will take the group photos.

23:16, May 15: Osaka Metropolitan University (OMU) is a smoke-free university.  Please refrain from smoking in campus.  Inside the lecture room, bottled drink is allowed, but a  cup of drink is prohibited.  Please do not eat there.   Tea/Coffee room is at the right side of the way from the lecture room to the elevator.
