I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the Department of Economics, Leeds University Business School. I am a behavioral economist and my research interests include the environment and health. More specifically, I investigate the relationship between risk and behavior using a range of tools, including economic experiments (and valuation experiments).  

My current affiliations at Leeds include the Centre for Decision Research, the Priestley Centre for Climate FuturesWater @ Leeds. I am also a member of the Global Food and Environment Institute

I am an affiliate researcher at the McMaster Decision Science Lab and the Department of Economics, Universidad de la República, Uruguay (health economics research group)

I serve as the Uruguay country representative for the Society for the Advancement of Behavioral Economics (SABE) and the University of Leeds representative for the Network of UK behavioral and experimental economists
