• The first face-to-face meeting of economic and scientific factors in the tourism industries of the two popular tourist destinations, Nice and the Côte d'Azur in France and Da Nang and Quang Nam in Vietnam, was held with the goals of:

o Exchange of academics, professional experience,

o The potential for scholarly, commercial, and business collaboration on the subject of "Tourism and Smart and Sustainable City Development" involving experts from both areas as well as between UCA Universities and UD.

• Establish the foundation for a long-term, ongoing partnership of cooperation between UCA-UD research units and between enterprises in the two regions, specifically:

o The annual seminars will be established. Executives: DNIIT on the Vietnamese side and ITCA on the French side.

o Establish an annual executive team.

o Develop a joint action plan for 2023 (Research and Enterprise).
