Micnelf Micronutrients Pvt. Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the IMT Staff Reporting mobile application (“App”).
The App is intended primarily for authorised employees, technical representatives, sales representatives and other approved Company personnel. It is used to record and manage information relating to farmer, client and field visits.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected through the App, how it is used, how it may be shared, and the choices available to users and individuals whose information is recorded.
Depending on how the App is used, we may collect the following information.

Records of App usage necessary for security, administration and troubleshooting
Information recorded during farmer or client visits

Photographs selected or captured by the authorised user

Users must collect only information reasonably necessary for legitimate Company activities.
The App may request permission to:
take photographs using the device camera;
select photographs from the device;
access the device’s location while the App is in use.
These permissions are used to document farmer or client meetings and field observations.
Location information is collected only when an authorised user uses a feature that requires location and grants the required device permission. The App is not intended to collect location continuously in the background.
Photographs and location details should only be recorded where necessary for an authorised business or technical purpose.
The App uses mobile-number-based authentication.
One-time passwords and related communication services may be provided through third-party communication providers such as MSG91.
Mobile numbers and authentication information may be processed to:
verify authorised users;
prevent unauthorised access;
maintain account security;
investigate login or security issues.
We may use information collected through the App to:
authenticate and manage authorised users;
maintain farmer and client visit records;
document field observations and discussions;
provide technical support and follow-up;
respond to farmer or client enquiries;
maintain internal business records;
improve Company products, services and technical programmes;
arrange demonstrations, field visits or follow-up meetings;
investigate security issues or misuse;
comply with legal and regulatory requirements;
protect the rights, property and safety of the Company, its users and other individuals.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

authorised Company employees and personnel;
approved information-technology and cloud-hosting providers;
authentication and communication-service providers;

The App currently uses service providers including Supabase for application infrastructure, database storage and authentication-related services, and MSG91 for mobile authentication and communication services.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to the Company.
Information may be stored or processed using systems operated by the Company or approved service providers.
Some service providers may process information in India or in other countries where they operate. Where applicable, the Company will take reasonable steps to ensure that information is handled with appropriate safeguards.
We use reasonable administrative, organizational and technical measures designed to protect information against:

misuse;
alteration;
disclosure;
destruction.
Access to the App is restricted to authorised users. Users are required to protect their devices, authentication details and access credentials.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for:
the purpose for which it was collected;
legitimate Company business requirements;
security, audit and record-keeping purposes;
compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;

Some records may need to be retained even after an account is deactivated or a deletion request is made where retention is required for legal, regulatory, security or legitimate business-record purposes.

withdrawal of consent;

The App may depend on third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, messaging and other technical functions.
Those services may process limited technical information, such as IP address, device information, authentication events or error information, where necessary to operate, secure and support their services.
Third-party providers process information in accordance with their own contractual and legal obligations.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in:
the App;
