Copy of 2024 U.S. Individual Income Tax Return, supporting schedules, and business returns.
2024 IRS Federal Form 1040, Schedule 1, Schedule 2, Schedule 3, Schedule 4, Schedule 5 (if filed)
Copies of W-2 Wage and Tax Statements.
Copies of supporting documentation for household Nontaxable Income.
If applying to Independent Schools like:
Merion Mercy Academy, St. Joseph's Prep, LaSalle College High School, Germantown Friends School, Agnes Irwin, Malvern Prep, Baldwin, Shipley, Friends Select, Penn Charter, Friends Central, Episcopal, etc.
