Project Abstract

  Effective incident management and training are crucial for disaster response organizations. This project focuses on the development and implementation of an Incident Management System Training Database for the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO). The database aims to streamline and improve the management of training programs conducted by the MDRRMO. Key features of the system include user authentication, trainee management, training program management, enrollment management, training evaluation and reporting. By centralizing training data and automating manual processes, the system enhances data accuracy, reduces administrative burden, and enables efficient decision-making. The project includes a review of related literature, a study of existing incident management systems, and incorporates best practices and recommendations. The successful implementation of the Incident Management System Training Database will enhance the MDRRMO's emergency response preparedness and contribute to more effective disaster management within the municipality.
