According to Queen Sarc I's survey of the civilians, including herself, 50% of the population supports Russia, and the other 50% are neutral; none support the West. And 75% have negative thoughts about Zelensky, and 25% have neutral thoughts. So Queen Sarc I was neutral.

The government doesn't choose sides, neutral just same to the Vietnamese government.

Queen's opinions

Queen Sarc I thinks that although everyone explained the war was not neutral, she still takes this information as a reference. She hopes that the war will stop as soon as possible. She worries that the Western and Russia's continued tension will risk making the world worse. The Queen doesn't like that "the Russian fanatics because she saw that they always say that the West is always wrong and evil, like Hitler, and Putin is "super awesome", they always convince others to follow their opinions and vice versa."

She thinks that if the war is so bad that it causes a bad famine, she will use the Impytic military to help herself and the civilians survive.

She said: "Many of Vietnamese people right now supports Russia in the war is simply because in the past, the Soviet Union, especially Russia had helped Vietnam to defeat the invaders like France, China, USA to get independent and freedom, and other reason is the Vietnamese the notion that "When you drink water, remember the source"."
