Instructions for downloading you custom BFI Charts

• Measure your height and waist circumference in inches (Imperial) or in centimeters (metric units).

• Download your custom BFI chart based on your height in inches or in cm by clicking the appropriate button.

• Based on your waist circumference find out your waist adjusted physiological height from the downloaded chart.

• Using the downloaded custom BFI chart determine your obesity classification corresponding to the waist adjusted physiological height.
