申請時程 Application Periods

★受理申請期間：2026 年 03 月 05 日起至 2026 年 04 月 15日 15:00 止(GMT+8，臺灣時間)，逾期不予受理。

Applications will open on March 5th, 2026, and the deadline to apply is April 15th, 2026, 15:00 (GMT+8, Taiwan Time).

Please note that late or incomplete applications will NOT be reviewed.

申請資格限制 Eligibility Notice

本階段僅限具備以下國籍之申請人報名：波蘭、捷克、科索沃、立陶宛、斯洛伐克、阿爾巴尼亞。
This application phase is exclusively open to citizens of the following countries: Poland, the Czech Republic, Kosovo, Lithuania, Slovakia, and Albania.
