Welcome to my website! My Name is Pankaj Kumar Sharma. I am a Researcher and Academician in the field of Microelectronics and VLSI Design. I have completed my Ph.D. at the Department of Electronics Engineering of the Indian Institute of Technology-ISM in Dhanbad, India, under the guidance of Prof. Rajeev Kumar Ranjan. Currently, I am working as a faculty at the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Srinagar. My primary research interests are Mem-element (Memristor, Memcapacitor, & Meminductor) Emulator Design, VLSI Design, Analog Signal Processing Circuit, Analog IC Design, and MEMS.
