Welcome to my website!
My name is Dr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, and I am a Researcher and Academician in the field of Microelectronics and VLSI Design. I earned my Ph.D. from the Department of Electronics Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad, under the guidance of Prof. Rajeev Kumar Ranjan.

I am currently working as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Prior to this, I served as a Faculty Member in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Srinagar for two years.

My primary research interests include Mem-element (Memristor, Memcapacitor, and Meminductor) Emulator Design, VLSI Design, Analog Signal Processing Circuits, and Analog IC Design.
