International and regional delegates will arrive through Sir Seretse Khama International Airport (GBE). Airport transportation support will be available for delegates who request assistance in advance.
A list of recommended hotels located close to the conference venue will be provided on this website. Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements directly with the hotel of their choice.
