Dr. Hans R. Mashila is a servant, a visionary, and a shepherd. He is the founder of Giyani Full Gospel Church of God, also known as Philadelphia Fire Centre, and has been in ministry since 1984. He is married to Mrs. Elizabeth Mashila, and they are blessed with three children: Musa, Israel, and Hlulani.
The membership of Giyani Full Gospel Church of God currently stands at approximately 2,000. He has established six branches nationally and founded the Giyani Full Gospel Church of God Bible College in 2002. Since its inception, the college has admitted students from various Southern African countries, including Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Cameroon, and Eswatini. He has raised and trained many pastors both locally and internationally.
Each year, the church hosts the International Praise Convention, which has been held since 1993. This gathering features speakers from around the world and attracts more than 6,000 attendees from countries such as Australia, the United States, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, and Zambia.
He is the author of The Power of Prophetic Worship, a book that is distributed both locally and internationally. Dr Mashila’s vision is to encourage the body of Christ to understand the significance of praising the Lord and to restore the Tabernacle of David.
