Zach serves as our dedicated youth pastor. He graduated from Madisonville Community College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Ministry from Clear Creek Baptist Bible College. Saved in 1998 and called into ministry in 2008, Zach began his journey with NBC in 2019. As youth pastor, he leads our student ministry, passionately guiding young believers in their faith and equipping parents to disciple their children. His heart is set on teaching students to become lovers and doers of the Word, impacting Hopkins and Webster counties. Kayela, who was saved as a child, has been deeply involved in church her entire life. She adds a nurturing touch to our youth ministry, ensuring every student feels valued. High school sweethearts Zach and Kayela are blessed with one daughter named Hadleigh. 

Jake and Whitney joined Impact Youth as leaders in 2020. Jake accepted Christ as his Savior in July 2005 and has been a lifelong member of NBC. Growing up in this church, it's a privilege for him to now serve in a leadership role within the youth group he once belonged to. Jake is passionate about showing that Jesus can be fun and authentic. He married Whitney in October 2021, and together, they bring energy and joy to the youth ministry. Whitney, who fits right in with the youth, excels at managing behind-the-scenes tasks and always adds to the group's lively spirit. They are blessed with two wonderful children, Mallee and Warren. 

Chelsea joined Impact Youth as a leader in September 2023, with Chris assisting whenever needed. Chelsea gave her life to Christ at the age of seven, and Chris at around thirteen. Both were raised in church and married in 2013. They are blessed with two children, Khloe and Oakley. Chelsea and Chris are deeply grateful that the Lord has led them to serve in the youth group, and they are excited to be part of what God is doing through this ministry.
