Impact Roll (Android package com.impact.roller) is provided by rppg interactive, using the Google Play developer name Rppg interactive ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, view advertisements, make purchases, or contact us.
Privacy contact: yohan@rppg-interactive.com.
Impact Roll does not require a game account. It stores a local profile on your device containing:
Level progress, unlocked and completed levels, and the level selected for continuing.
Coin and gem balances, owned balls, and the equipped ball.
Settings such as volume, steering sensitivity, battery saver, and Reduced Motion, and your optional analytics choice.
Your selected age band: under 16 or 16 and older. The game does not ask for your exact date of birth.
Run and reward identifiers, credited rewards, and purchase transaction identifiers used to avoid giving the same reward twice.
The game maintains a local backup for save recovery. We do not operate a game-account or cloud-save service for this profile. Device or operating-system backup features may separately handle app data according to your device settings. Information handled by advertising, purchasing, and Unity services is described below; local game saves do not mean that the app has no network data processing.
Impact Roll integrates Unity LevelPlay mediation, ironSource Ads, and Unity Ads. When advertising is enabled and eligible, these services may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device and app information, ad views and interactions, and technical diagnostics. They use information to deliver and measure advertising, limit repeated ads, detect fraud, and support their services. Advertising may be personalised where permitted by your choices and applicable law.
Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages applicable privacy messages and consent choices. The game checks ad-request eligibility before initializing its ad-serving integration. Where available, use Settings → Privacy Options to review or change your choices. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing. Some ads may be unavailable depending on your choices, region, or connectivity; core gameplay remains available.
The game disables its LevelPlay ads for players who select the under-16 age band. This does not disable Google Play purchase processing or necessarily disable other platform or engine services. Android advertising controls may offer additional choices, depending on your device and Android version.
Optional gem purchases are processed by Google Play through Unity In-App Purchasing. Purchase processing involves product identifiers, purchase status, transaction information, and receipts or purchase tokens. The game uses the purchase result to credit gems and stores a transaction reference locally to prevent duplicate credit. Google and Unity may process purchase and device information to operate their services, address fraud, and meet their legal obligations.
We do not receive your full payment-card details through the game. Google manages your payment method and Google account under its own policies. Purchased gems are consumable items. Clearing local data or reinstalling can remove your balance and purchase-reward history; the game does not provide cloud wallet restoration.
If you select the 16-or-older age group and choose Allow Analytics, Impact Roll uses GameAnalytics to understand and improve the game. Collection remains off if you decline or select under 16.
GameAnalytics receives a persistent randomly generated player identifier, device and app information, approximate location derived from the network IP address, session and playtime information, and gameplay events such as level starts, failures, completions, retries, shop actions and ad interactions. We use these reports to find difficult levels, technical problems and features players use. Advertising ID tracking is disabled for GameAnalytics. The game does not send your name, email address, local save file or purchase transaction ID as analytics events.
You may decline on the prompt and change your choice later in Settings → Game Analytics. Turning analytics off stops new event submission, but does not erase data already received. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact yohan@rppg-interactive.com.
GameAnalytics privacy information: GameAnalytics privacy notice.
The game is built with Unity. Enabled engine or service components may process device, app, usage, and diagnostic information to operate, measure, troubleshoot, and secure their services. Advertising privacy choices do not automatically control every separate Unity or Google service.
If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, message, and any purchase reference or diagnostic details you choose to send. We use this information to respond and resolve problems. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
The game's own gameplay features do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location.
Information is used to provide gameplay and saves, deliver purchased items and rewards, remember preferences, manage advertising and privacy choices, understand and improve gameplay through optional analytics, provide support, and prevent errors or abuse.
Relevant recipients include Google for consent and Google Play services, Unity and its ironSource services for advertising, purchasing, and enabled engine services, GameAnalytics for optional gameplay analytics, and service providers supporting those activities. They may process information under their own policies and, where applicable, on our behalf. We may also disclose information we hold when legally required, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
Advertising-related disclosures can be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under some laws. Available consent, objection, and opt-out rights depend on your location and the service involved.
Third-party privacy information and choices:
The local profile is retained while it remains in the app's storage. You can remove it through Android's app storage settings, generally Settings → Apps → Impact Roll → Storage → Clear storage/data, or by uninstalling the app. Menu names vary by device. This deletes local progress, currency, ownership, preferences, and local reward records and may not be reversible. Manage any device backups separately.
Deleting local app data does not delete Google Play transaction records, support messages, or information already held by advertising or platform providers. Contact us about information we hold, and use the providers' linked privacy controls for information they hold independently. No Impact Roll account exists to delete.
Support information is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Third-party retention depends on the relevant provider, purpose, and legal requirements described in its policy.
We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Local backup and save-integrity checks help recover damaged saves but do not make the profile encrypted storage.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Send requests to yohan@rppg-interactive.com. We may need proportionate information to verify and locate a request; we cannot retrieve a local-only profile from your device.
Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on providing the requested game or purchase service, consent for relevant advertising activities, legitimate interests such as security and support, or legal obligations, as applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
Service providers may process information outside your country, including in countries with different privacy laws. Applicable transfer protections and provider rights mechanisms are described in their policies.
Impact Roll is intended for teens and adults and is not directed to children under 13. Its age-band control disables GameAnalytics and LevelPlay advertisements for users who select under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Parents should also use the relevant Google Play purchase and family controls.
We may update this policy when the game, its services, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, material changes will be communicated and new consent requested before the relevant processing.
For privacy questions or requests, contact rppg interactive at yohan@rppg-interactive.com, and identify the game as Impact Roll.
