We leverage advances in single-cell and spatial transcriptomics and metabolomics to dissect the heterogeneity of immune cells and their metabolic rewiring at unprecedented resolution. We explore how the metabolic landscape of individual cells shapes immune activation, dysfunction, and tissue-specific responses.
