油飯 (Taiwanese Umami Risotto)
以煸香麻油與老薑為底,加入乾香菇與豬肉絲拌炒,讓Q彈糯米吸滿濃郁醬香精華。 / A deeply savory, aromatic sticky rice bursting with rich, layered flavors.

魷魚羹 (Taiwanese Squid Soup)
經典台式鮮味。嚴選厚實鮮脆的魷魚與乾香菇提鮮,搭配柴魚熬製的甘甜羹湯,口感滑順鮮美。 / A classic Taiwanese comfort dish. Crisp, thick-cut squid and dried shiitake mushrooms served in a naturally sweet, bonito-infused thickened broth.

台式三杯 (San-Bei/Three-Cup Series)
台灣熱炒靈魂。以麻油、醬油、米酒的黃金比例為基底,搭配老薑煸香與大量九層塔爆炒,醬香濃郁。 / The soul of Taiwanese stir-fry. Choice of tender chicken or King Oyster mushroom coated in our signature "Three-Cup" glaze of sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine, finished with aromatic Taiwanese basil.

古早味白菜滷 (Classic Braised Napa Cabbage)
以乾香菇慢火煨煮大白菜,完美釋放蔬菜的天然清甜。搭配靈魂配料手作「金黃蛋酥」,層次豐富。 / A deeply savory, shrimp-free take on a Taiwanese classic. Slow-braised Napa cabbage elevated by dried shiitake mushrooms and topped with our signature handmade "egg crisp" for layered umami.

半筋半肉紅燒牛 (Slow-Braised Beef Shank & Tendon) 🍲
選用頂級牛腱與牛筋長時間慢火燉煮,膠質軟嫩入味,紅白蘿蔔吸滿精華湯汁,拌麵拌飯一絕。 / Premium beef shank and tendon slow-cooked for hours until melt-in-your-mouth tender. Served with savory daikon radish that has absorbed the rich, deeply flavorful broth.

爌肉與筍子豆干 (Signature Braised Pork & Bamboo Shoots / Khong-Bah)
經典台式大菜。厚切豬肉滷至肥而不膩、入口即化,搭配滷筍絲與豆干,記憶中的家鄉味。 / A Taiwanese classic. Thick-cut pork slab braised until buttery soft. Served with traditional braised bamboo shoots and tofu curd.
手切滷肉 (Hand-Cut Braised Pork Sauce / Lu-Rou)
堅持手切帶皮五花肉條,細火慢熬釋放膠質。這是精燉的「滷肉燥」,適合淋在白飯上享用。 / Hand-cut pork belly strips braised to perfection. A savory, collagen-rich meat sauce designed to be poured over steamed rice.
枸杞米酒松板豬 (Pork Jowl with Goji Berry & Rice Wine)
選用珍貴的「黃金六兩」松板肉(豬頸肉),口感脆嫩彈牙,佐以米酒與麻油爆炒,香氣迷人。 / Using the rare "Pork Jowl" cut, known for its unique crunchy-tender texture. Stir-fried with sesame oil, rice wine, and sweet goji berries.
酸白菜佐白肉 (Fermented Sour Cabbage with Pork Belly Slices)
使用天然發酵酸白菜,酸香開胃,搭配鮮嫩白肉片,解膩首選。 / Naturally fermented cabbage cooked with tender pork slices. The clean acidity cuts through richness and stimulates the appetite.
檸檬白酒地中海海鱸魚 (Branzino with Lemon & White Wine)
整尾新鮮海鱸魚,佐以檸檬、百里香與白酒,清爽鮮美,限量供應。 / Whole fresh Branzino with fresh lemon, thyme, and white wine. Light, aromatic, and served whole.
