• Account data: such as email address and name when you register or sign in (including Sign in with Apple or Google where enabled).
• Content you provide: messages you send to the AI assistant, files or images you upload for analysis, and optional profile information.
• Technical data: device type, app version, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve the app (including AI-powered responses), authenticate you, enforce limits for free accounts, process subscriptions via Apple’s payment system, communicate service-related notices, and comply with law.
3. AI processing
To generate responses, your prompts (and related context you choose to send) may be processed by third-party AI providers under agreements that restrict use of your content for training where applicable. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data you are not comfortable sharing with such processors.
4. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Uploaded documents may be deleted automatically after a limited period as described in the app.
5. Subscriptions
Paid features use Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may share subscription status with us to unlock features.
6. Your rights

7. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
