The short version: the app is designed to keep your information on your own device. We do not run accounts, we do not collect your immigration data on our servers, and we do not sell your information to anyone. Please read the full policy below for the details.
To do its job, the app lets you enter and save things like:
Immigration milestone dates (for example, PR confirmation, citizenship eligibility, permit expiry)
Entry and exit dates or days of presence you log for the presence-day calculator
Your theme, layout, and display preferences
This information is stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to us and is not stored on our servers. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this information is deleted from your device. We do not keep a backup of it.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, immigration file number, or government identifiers. We do not collect your contacts, photos, or location.
The app is free to download and includes an optional one-time purchase to unlock additional features. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment card details. Google handles the transaction and shares only confirmation of purchase status with the app so the unlocked features can be enabled.
Google's handling of your payment information is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
The app uses a limited set of third-party services that may process certain technical data:

The app requests only the permissions it needs to function. It does not access your location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files unless you explicitly choose a feature that requires it (for example, saving or sharing a milestone image). You can manage permissions at any time in your device settings.
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since the app stores data only on the device and does not collect personal information on our servers, no such information is gathered.
Because your information stays on your device, its security depends largely on your device's own protections, such as your screen lock and operating system security. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a passcode.
You are in full control of the information you enter. You can edit or delete any entry within the app at any time, and you can remove all stored data by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
