If the access to language rights are violated, you can contact the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Discuss the issues with the principal or dean of students at the school you are teaching at prior to a step, like filing a complaint.
The laws are set in place to ensure that the correct materials are accessible for students.
As an educator of ELLs, you are a key component in the way the parents or guardians understand that they may receive school materials in the preferred language.
Parents/guardians are unaware of the free materials available to them.
