Your keybinds are set in the CalloutInterface.ini.  Here are the defaults:

• CalloutMenuKey: F8

• ForceCalloutKey: F9

• ForceCalloutKeyModifier: LControlKey

• ToggleTerminalKey: NumPad6

• ToggleALPRKey: NumPad1

You need to hold down the ToggleTerminalKey.

You MUST install ALL of the .dll files that come with Callout Interface.  You are getting this message because either you are missing one or more .dll files in the Grand Theft Auto V folder or they are out of date (you can see which in the log).  You simply need to drag and drop all of the files.

Unfortunately, BejoIjo's mods do not work well with other mods.  I have attempted to use StopThePed's API but it does not appear that Compulite and StopThePed work properly.  I recommend using GrammarPolice with UseNative set to True for ped and plate checks.
