Kausumi Nanavati Mehta is a multidisciplinary academician, researcher, editor, HR professional, and entrepreneur based in Rajkot, Gujarat. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Atmiya University and contributes extensively to online higher education, research mentoring, academic content development, and publication support.

Her Ph.D. research in Humanistic Management uniquely integrates Bhagavad Gita wisdom, Indian Knowledge Systems, AI ethics, and human dignity, creating impactful frameworks for modern leadership and responsible innovation.

As Founder of PRIMiSHA Multiservice, she leads an academic support ecosystem focused on ethical research guidance, publication mentoring, ISBN book publishing, institutional academic solutions, and scholar development.

She is also actively associated with national leadership and mentoring platforms, serving as a Mentor with the Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP), NITI Aayog,  Gujarat State President of the WICCI Creative Art Therapy & Wellness Council, and a registered mentor on the Startup India BHASKAR platform, where she supports entrepreneurship, women leadership, startup growth, and academic innovation ecosystems.
