This Privacy Policy explains how Mobile ERP ("the App"), including its Android app and web dashboard, collects, uses, and protects information for phone wholesalers and retailers who use it to manage inventory, purchases, and sales.

Information We Collect

When you create an account or use the App, we collect:

* Account information: business/owner name, email address, and mobile number, used to create and secure your account.

* Employee account information: if you add employee logins, their name and login credentials, managed entirely by you as the account owner.

* Business inventory data: IMEI numbers, device brand/model/variant/colour, purchase and sale records, and supplier/customer party names that you enter while using the App.

* Camera access: the App uses your device's camera solely to scan IMEI/barcode labels on-device. Camera frames are processed locally for barcode recognition and are never stored or transmitted anywhere.

How We Use Your Information

All information you provide is used solely to operate the App for you and your employees: authenticating logins, storing and displaying your inventory records, generating reports, and sending you account-related emails (such as sign-up verification codes and password resets).

We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it for any purpose beyond providing the App's core inventory-management features to your own account.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our own secured server infrastructure and is only accessible to your account and the employee accounts you create under it. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never stored or visible in plain text.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal or business data to third parties. Your inventory data is visible only to your own account (business owner and employees you've added).

Advertising

The App does not display advertisements and does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account and inventory data for as long as your account remains active. If you would like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

The App is a business tool intended for phone wholesalers, retailers, and their employees. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children.
