Booking Process Overview 

• Check Availability by phone or/and email with IMC Assistant Co-ordinator (during office hours 9:00-17:00)

• Outside Office hours please leave a message with your contact details (Name and phone number) by WhatsApp or/and Email and we will get back to you within 24 hours during office hours. 

• Please let us know the date and time of your planned Event.  

• Mention the rental space(s) you would like to reserve and any special requests 

• Make the advance payment (details provided during confirmation)

• Receive booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp and guidance on the next steps

What is Included with your booking Space

• Basic Chairs and Tables 

• Open Parking Space

• Access to a basic kitchen and Pantry  

• Access to a bigger outdoor kitchen to cook for a larger guests 

• Air Conditioners and Fan 

• Electricity and Generator backup 

• Special needs toilet 

• Reception and Buffet setup
