Study examines factors influencing passenger satisfaction with Bus Rapid Transit Systems (BRTS). Recognizing public transport as a sustainable solution to urban congestion and emissions, the study addresses limited evidence from developing countries like India. Using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), the research identifies key service quality determinants and analyzes differences across age and gender groups. Findings highlight significant perceptual variations, offering insights for targeted policy interventions and improved service design.
