UX Research Lead
JPMorgan Chase
JPMorgan Chase
My day-to-day draws on a broad research toolkit: interviews, quantitative and qualitative usability testing, UX measurement, surveys, card sorting, field studies, A/B testing, contextual inquiry, and data analytics. I also regularly give presentations on research methods and best practices, sharing what I've learned with researchers across the firm. What I love most about this role is working with partners from product, UX, business, tech, and data science/analytics to build genuinely better experiences for our customers.Â

I genuinely love this part of my work. Beyond lectures, I care about helping students find their footing, especially those transitioning into UX from other fields. Mentoring others is some of the most rewarding work I do.
