This conference is the fourth in the conference series " IMAME " organized by the University of Moulay Ismail, Morocco, the University of Aveiro, Portugal and La Rochelle University, France.

IMAME 2012 and IMAME 2016 conferences were held at the Moulay Ismaïl University, Faculty of Sciences and Technics of Errachidia, Morocco and IMAME 2019 were held in La Rochelle university, France.
