Dear colleagues, researchers and the wider material science community:

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our great pleasure to invite you to the second International Meeting on Advanced Materials, organized by the Multifonctionnal Materials Laboratory (LaMMA), the Material Physics Laboratory (LPM) and Materials Ceramics, Composites and Polymers Laboratory (LaMaCoP) of the Faculty of Science of Sfax and Laboratory of Materials and Environment Research for Sustainable Development (LMEED) of the Higher Institute of Applied Biological Sciences of Tunis. This meeting will be held in the beautiful city of Sousse, Tunisia from June, 16 to 18, 2023. The first edition of this meeting was a great success. This has encouraged the organizing committee to take this tradition to the next level by organizing the second edition of this conference in Sousse, where all stakeholders working on various aspects of materials science can come together. The aim is to make this event a forum for discussion, knowledge exchange and fruitful interactions among participants in this exponentially growing field. This event will also be an excellent opportunity for manufacturers and sellers of scientific equipment to exhibit their novelties. 

Stakeholders from academia and industry as well as from governments and research institutes are welcome to join this event and share their findings on various topics related to materials, such as:

• Materials for Energy

• Soft and Biomaterials

• Nano-materials and Applications

• Theory and Simulation
