The Imaging Metallomics group at King’s College London investigates the behaviour and biological pathways of metal species in cancer, spanning both essential trace metals and metal-based (radio)pharmaceuticals. By combining a unique multi-scale imaging toolbox we seek to reveal how metals move, transform, and accumulate across biological systems, from cells to whole organisms.

By bridging molecular imaging and metallomics, the group seeks to provide fundamental insights that can guide the design of more selective and effective therapies.
