I started working with Maria when I hired her to launching the brands, Ashbell's Smoked Meats & Seafood. That was nearly five years ago. I am blessed to have Maria Campbell now doing project management with my new life as a documentary filmmaker.  I love Maria Campbell's spirituality and faith. A wonderful moral underpinning.  Maria's work ethic is beyond reproach. She seems to effortlessly complete several critical task at a time. Her task management system is great.

Stephanie Cole - co-owner, Young American Hard Cider

Stephanie: "Maria is very proactive and solution oriented. When helping to organize our kitchen, she was able to help us work within the boundaries of the kitchen equipment we already had for the fastest result.  Our team appreciated her willingness to be available for team meetings and to further expound on our leadership and revenue stream options. Maria is also very goal oriented. We appreciated her follow through with the many projects we have been able to launch with her help."

Maria: "I loved this 3-person ownership team!  I was able to help them create a local business referral strategy to maximize local partnerships to build a formal referral program, provide custom kitchen solutions and event marketing ideas to connect and grow small business food relationships to cross-market events and grow business."

Tanesha Trippett - owner JNW + Brotherly Grub

Maria has been working with us to pivot from being cafe into a music venue that serve brunches on the weekends. Before COVID I had my food truck, I rented a building to serve as a commissary for my staff and Into work out of. Three months into my plan, the works was shut down because of COVID. We had a decision to make and we had to make it fast. So we decided to sell brunch, in the space we created a patio and began to hire bands and we began to attract more customers through media and through having these events.   After operating in a small popular cafe, I was presented with a larger space. With this larger space, we needed more staffing, more food options, more programming and more ways to create experiences. To do this, we were in need of a professional to help us transition from a brunch cafe to Jacobs Northwest and venue rental and entertainment space. Together Maria and I set realistic weekly goals. She additionally outsourced professionals we needed to improve our bar, structured systems for events and assisted with music venue needs. Maria helped us to come up with a budget for improvements, formatted needs for additional staff and Maria also trained the staff and management staff as well.

Maria continues to set weekly goals that are working and we are seeing more profit and the quality of our services are changing. We are grateful for Maria if we didn’t have Maria we would not be where we are.
