Current policy for visitors【School visits／ Drop-in service】

<School visits will be conducted in the following method for the time being>

★A reservation is required. Please contact the school by email to make a reservation (school@imagine-gc.com).

・Toddler class visit ...45 minutes-1 hour from 14:45 or 16:05 (depending on our schedule)

・Preschool class visit ...45 minutes-1 hour from 13:15 or 16:05 (depending on our schedule)

We will allow visitors to see the school under the following conditions:

・Masks are no longer necessary, but may be worn if you wish. 

・Alcohol spray for hands is available on the front desk.

・In case of a visitor (adult or child) having a fever, cough or other possible symptoms of illness, please  stay at home for the safety of the school community.

・Parent's and Children's temperature will be checked when they arrive (we cannot accept visitors with a temperature over 37.5).

・We ask that a maximum of two adults visit at one time.

・You and your child may briefly visit the classroom, but please watch your child carefully and respect the play and works of the children in the class.

・The visit time will be approximately 45 minutes-1 hour. All information will be given to you and your questions can be answered during this time.       

・Visitors that arrive earlier than the allotted time will be asked to wait outside until the scheduled time.

Although space may be available, admission will be accepted on a case-by-case basis that considers various factors such as current class size, age of child, class balance and the number of children that are currently on the waiting list. We may have to ask you to wait until the next school year begins in April.

【Toddler Class】(1y6m～3y)

・2 years old (April 2nd, 2021～April 1st, 2022)・・・spot is available for a few children / accept waiting list applications

・1 year old (April 2nd, 2022～April 1st, 2023)・・・spot is available for a few children / accept waiting list applications

・0 year old (April 2nd, 2023～April 1st, 2024)・・・No spot is available for a few children / accept waiting list applications

【Preschool Class】(3y～6y)

 ・3 y.o. [Youngest for preschool] (April 2nd, 2020～April 1st, 2021)・・・spot is available for a few children / accept waiting list applications

・4 y.o [Middle age group for preschool] (April 2md, 2019～April 1st, 2020)・・・spot is available for a few children / accept waiting list applications

・5 y.o. [Oldest preschool] (April 2nd, 2018～April 1st, 2019)・・・spot is available for a few children / accept waiting list applications

【About the drop-in service】

・ We have temporarily stopped accepting drop-in childcare from December 2020 until further notice.
