                        6. Drone cost 10,000/- for 4 hours session

1. Clients are asked to at least pay 50% of the payment based on their chosen package on booking & the rest of 50% must have to pay on event date.

2. All the picture will be venue oriented.

3. We can custom every package to your suitable budget.

4. Bashor Ghor/Getting Ready shoot for Extra Charge will added (If Transport Provided and If session ends by 1 AM)

5. For each extra hour of our photographer/cinematographer, the charge will be BDT 1,500 per Camera.

6. At least 30-50 minutes should be given for taking portraits and couple shots no other photographer can take Pictures during this period either you can't complain for the quantity or quality of photos.

7. We take misbehaves seriously. We always try to work hard and give you the best. If you  have any requirement please tell us we will do that but on duty anyone can not shout on us or can't use slang words as we are human beings we have the rights to cancel the deal.

8. For Events outside Chattogram, 30% of the total bill will be added. And transportation cost will be added separately.

9. It will take around 7-15 working days to deliver all the raw copies if full payment is cleared.

10. It will take 30 days to deliver all the edited photos .

11. You have to fully clear payment and collect your photos & videos within 30 working days. If you fail to collect them within at least 45 working days then Imagine Art  won't be responsible for losing files/file or hard drive crash etc.

12. If you fail to fully clear payment and collect your photos & videos within 45 days, then you have to pay extra 5% charge of your event fee for collecting them later within 7 days (If it's possible to provide the files by Imagine Art  so long).

13. Booking money is Non-refundable due to the cancellation of the events by the clients.

14.Imagine Art  holds the right to share any photo or video of yours in our Facebook page, website or albums for improving our business. So if you don't want us to share any photo or video of yours or you don't want to permit us to share any specific photo or video, then extra charge will be applicable.​

15. We are photographer so photos are precious than money, time, person to us as well as we all have to depend on fate if there would an unwanted accident like Hard disk error hijack, attempt to Murder, Road Accident you have to consider us.

1. We need 30-45 Working Days from your last event date to complete the post processing works

2. Client has to select pictures for prints and has to provide by pen drive or link. It takes 10 Working Days to deliver the prints

3. Song preference for promo/movie is accepted if given before the event date

4. Correction instructions on post processing works are welcomed within 30 days of softcopy delivery

5. Hardcopy delivery is valid within 45 days of softcopy delivery

6. Raw & Edits will be delivered by Google Drive Link. Links will be valid and accessible for 6 months from the delivery date

7. All service against a contract ends after 6 months of last event date
