Who We Are

The Imagination Library of Weld County is run by a group of dedicated volunteers. 

Chair: 

• Megan Friesen

  • Growing up in rural Nebraska, Megan learned how difficult it was for many families to have access to books. Fortunately, Megan was well-supplied with books from her mother, sparking a love of reading. Megan has continued this passion by being a professor English and literature at Aims Community College.

  • Leslie Morrison has a lifelong love of reading. She is a professor at Aims Community College, where she teaches English and Literature courses. Leslie also volunteers her time to the Scholastic Book Fair and Book Bowl at her daughter's elementary school.
