Enroll

Children born after January 1, 2014, up to their 5th birthday. They must live in Volusia County's 32114, 32117, 32118, 32119, 32124 zip codes.

There are 2 ways to enroll:

Visit the main Dolly Parton Imagination Library website and follow the instructions.
Submit an official registration form, completely filled out by parent or guardian (form must be approved and on file with Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia). Click here to download a printable form.

There is no cost to register, but donations are always welcome.
