In order to use the Imagica Studio Membership Service (hereinafter referred to as the Service), please read, understand and comply with the Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) carefully. This Agreement includes the "Member Benefits Manual" and "Subscription Automatic Renewal Agreement" and other contents. If you choose the Imagica Studio Member Service, you can indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to sign this Agreement by accepting this service (including but not limited to clicking agree, accept or next step, enter the purchase procedure, etc.),indicating that you have reached an agreement with Imagica Studio, and voluntarily accept and abide by all the provisions of this Agreement.
Please be sure to read the relevant terms again before you confirm your agreement or use the Service, and use the Service on the premise that you voluntarily accept the terms.
If you are under 18 years of age, you should read and confirm the terms of this Agreement with the guidance and accompaniment of your legal guardian.

Automatic Renewal Service Rules
By subscribing, activating and using the Imagica Studio Automatic Renewal Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Automatic Renewal Service"), you are deemed to agree to these Rules. Please read, understand and comply with this automatic renewal service carefully.
1. Subscription period
Membership subscription offers different cycle options, including 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, etc. (subject to subscription page Settings). Members can choose the right subscription period according to their needs.
2. Price changes
You acknowledge and agree that Imagica Studio reserves the right to adjust the price of the Service. If Imagica Studio intends to adjust the service price when you open the automatic renewal service, Imagica Studio will publish the revised price in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to the subscription page, website announcements, etc.). Please pay attention to the service price displayed on the page at least 24 hours before the expiration of the subscription period. If you do not agree to the service price adjustment, you may cancel the automatic renewal Service in accordance with these Rules; If you do not cancel the automatic renewal service, the subsequent withholding fee of the relevant entity will be subject to the adjusted service fee; If you cancel within 24 hours before the expiration of the subscription period, the relevant entity may discontinue the withholding service after deducting the service fee for the next subscription period according to the adjusted service fee. After the automatic renewal service is cancelled, if you open the automatic renewal service again, the service fee automatically withheld by the relevant entity shall be subject to the service fee displayed on the page at that time.
3. Automatic renewal
All subscriptions are automatically renewed. Within 24 hours of the end of the current subscription period, your payment account will be automatically debited to renew your membership. If you do not wish to renew automatically, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
In order to make it easier for you to know the automatic renewal status, Imagica Studio or Apple will notify you 5 days before the next subscription period (by website letter, news push or email, etc.). Please pay attention to receive the notice. It is important to remind you that, based on the characteristics of the automatic renewal service, if you do not explicitly cancel the automatic renewal service during the subscription period, Imagica Studio will issue a withholding instruction for the next subscription period to the relevant subject according to your authorization. In principle, fees deducted based on this order will not be refunded (if you open the automatic renewal service through Apple, Apple will be responsible for the order).
4. Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe at any time. After canceling your subscription, your membership will terminate at the end of the current subscription period and you will not be able to enjoy membership privileges.
How to unsubscribe:
On iOS devices, you can go to Settings -> iTunes & App Store -> Tap your Apple ID -> View Apple ID -> Subscribe -> Select Your Subscription -> Unsubscribe.
5. Payment information
You will need to provide valid payment information to complete your subscription. We do not Store your payment information and all payment information will be managed by the payment platform (such as the Apple APP Store).
