By downloading, installing, or using the Image to PDF Converter app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

App License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must not create an account. 

User Data

You retain ownership of any data you input into the App. We do not save any data on our servers. All data and images are stored locally on your device and icloud account. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide our services.

App Usage Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

• Share your account credentials with others

Local and Remote Databases

Your data is not saved in both local and remote databases.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or any maintenance decisions made based on the App's recommendations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
