PDFy turns your photos and camera scans into PDF files. Your images and PDFs are processed and stored on your device; we do not upload them to our servers. This policy explains what limited information is handled when you use the app.
Images and documents you create. Photos you pick and pages you scan are converted to PDF on your device. They stay in the app's storage on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app. We never see, collect or store them.
Purchase information. If you buy PDFy Premium, payment is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription or purchase is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, purchase receipts, product and price details, and basic device information (such as OS version and country). We never receive your card or payment details.
Support requests. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and use it only to reply.
We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, contacts, location or advertising ID.
Camera — to scan paper documents into PDFs. Used only when you open the scanner.
Photos / media — to let you choose images to convert. On Android the system photo picker is used, so the app only sees the photos you select.
You can turn these permissions off at any time in your device settings; the related feature will stop working until you allow it again.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
PDFs leave your device only when you choose to share them (for example through email, chat apps or cloud storage via the system share sheet). The app you share to handles the file under its own privacy policy.
Your PDFs and images stay on your device until you delete them in the app or uninstall it; uninstalling removes all app data. Purchase records are kept by Google, Apple and RevenueCat as needed for billing, tax and legal purposes. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request. To ask us to delete any data linked to you, email parimal@cpabayx.com.
PDFy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your files stay in the app's private storage on your device, and purchase data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your device with a passcode to keep your documents safe.
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or India's DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or object to its processing. Since we hold almost no data about you, most requests can be met by deleting files in the app. For anything else, email us.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PDFy: Images to PDF ("PDFy", "the app"), provided by CPA Bay ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PDFy. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDFy on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
You keep full ownership of the images you import and the PDFs you create. Because your files are stored only on your device, you are responsible for backing them up; we cannot recover files that are deleted or lost when you uninstall the app or change devices. You confirm that you have the right to scan, convert and share any content you use with PDFy.
You agree not to:
Use the app to copy, scan or distribute material that infringes copyright or other rights
Create forged, fraudulent or illegal documents
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or resell the app, except where the law allows
Bypass or tamper with Premium features or purchase checks
Use the app in any way that breaks applicable laws
Some features require PDFy Premium, offered as a subscription or one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Any unused part of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies.
Use Restore Purchases in the app to regain Premium on a new device with the same store account.
The app, including its design, code, logo and the name PDFy, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any right to use our trademarks.
The app relies on services such as Google Play, the Apple App Store and RevenueCat, and lets you share files to other apps. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
PDFy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that scans and conversions will be perfectly accurate. Check important documents before you rely on or share them.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, files, profits or business, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or end your access to the app if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Sections 3, 6, 8, 9 and 11 continue after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, India, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use PDFy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
