These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ImagetoImage AI Generation mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by ImagetoImage AI Generation (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ImagetoImage AI Generation allows users to generate AI-powered images and videos based on text or image input using artificial intelligence technology. The App may require an internet connection to function properly.
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock premium features.
Subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Prices may vary by region and are shown inside the App before purchase.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
You are responsible for any text, images, or other content you submit to the App.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.
We do not claim ownership over your generated content.
All app content, design, logos, and AI systems are owned by ImagetoImage AI Generation or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Misuse AI features for harmful or deceptive activities
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Generated content may vary in quality and accuracy.
ImagetoImage AI Generation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated Terms.
