Terms of Use

Welcome to ImageShift. By downloading, installing, or using the ImageShift app ("the App"), developed by Rubn Garca Figueroa ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Section  License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ImageShift on Apple devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Section  Description of Service

ImageShift lets you convert, resize, compress, watermark and manage image, PDF and video files locally on your device. Some advanced tools are offered as part of an optional auto-renewable subscription ("ImageShift Pro").

Section  Subscriptions and Payments

ImageShift Pro is billed through your Apple ID account and follows Apple's App Store subscription terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Prices and included features may change; you'll be notified in-app before any change takes effect.

Section  Free Trial

Where offered, free trials convert automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Section  User Content

You retain full ownership of the photos, videos, PDFs and files you process with ImageShift. We do not claim any rights over your content, and files are processed on your device.

Section  Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to process content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable law. You are solely responsible for the files you import and export using the App.

Section  Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Section  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Section  Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section  Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
