Hi, I’m Don Young — a Photographer and Behind-the-Scenes Content Creator specializing in storytelling through both still images and motion. Originally from New Orleans, LA and now based in Houston, TX, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with photographers and creatives from around the world.

Much of my portfolio is self-initiated, driven by a passion for capturing authentic moments. My work focuses heavily on portraiture and movement, often shot in unique public locations such as parks, abandoned spaces, city streets, and concert arenas.

My commissioned projects are primarily studio-based, where I explore themes and metaphors using props, creative concepts, and diverse visual styles.

I love photographing models and everyday people who represent the spirit and energy of Houston. I also offer portrait sessions for individuals and families from all walks of life.
