This Privacy Policy applies to the PhotoResizer mobile application (the “Application”), provided by Coder (the “Service Provider”) as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
PhotoResizer allows users to:
Resize and compress images
Adjust image dimensions, quality, and format
Create PDF documents from images
Save and manage processed-image history
Download, share, search, and delete processed files
Images selected by the user, photos captured using a camera application, resized images, generated PDFs, previews, temporary files, and processing history are handled locally on the user’s device.
The Service Provider does not upload the contents of users’ images or generated PDFs to its own servers.
Files leave the Application only when the user chooses to save, download, or share them using Android’s system features or another application.
The Application may store processed files, thumbnails, temporary files, and processing history locally on the device. Users can delete saved history from within the Application. Temporary or older files may be removed automatically as part of storage management.
Uninstalling the Application or clearing its app data removes locally stored Application data, subject to the device’s backup and restore settings.
The Application and its third-party service providers may automatically collect or process limited technical information, including:
Device type and operating system information
Application version, language, and configuration
Application interactions and feature usage
Session and performance information
Crash reports, stack traces, diagnostic logs, and error information
IP address
Approximate location derived from the IP address
Advertising identifiers and app-instance identifiers
Advertisement impressions, clicks, and interaction data
Network status and Remote Config request information
This information may be used to operate and improve the Application, diagnose crashes, measure usage, provide configuration and update notices, prevent fraud and abuse, and display or measure advertisements.
The Application uses the following Google Firebase services:
Google Analytics for Firebase helps the Service Provider understand general Application usage, feature interactions, and performance.
Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports, stack traces, device information, diagnostic information, and related technical data. This information is used to identify and fix crashes and improve Application stability.
Firebase Remote Config is used to remotely manage Application settings, advertisements, update messages, supported versions, and other configuration values.
These services may process app-instance identifiers, device information, usage events, crash data, diagnostics, IP addresses, and related technical information according to Google’s terms and privacy practices.
The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:
IP addresses
Device and operating system information
Advertising or first-party identifiers
Approximate location
Advertisement impressions and clicks
Application interaction data
Fraud-prevention and diagnostic information
Depending on the user’s region, device settings, and consent choices, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Users can manage advertising personalization and related privacy controls through their Android device settings, Google account settings, and any consent or privacy controls provided by the Application or advertisements.

Provide and maintain Application functionality
Process images and create files requested by the user
Save and manage local processing history
Analyze usage and improve features
Detect, investigate, and fix crashes or technical issues
Deliver Remote Config settings and update notifications
Display and measure advertisements
Personalize advertisements where permitted
Prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
Comply with applicable legal obligations
The Service Provider does not sell or rent the contents of users’ images or PDF documents.
Technical, analytics, crash, configuration, and advertising information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable laws or lawful requests
Protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the Service Provider
Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
Enforce applicable terms and policies
Provide essential Application functionality through trusted service providers
Local files and processing history remain on the device until:
Deleted by the user
Removed by the Application’s storage-management features
Cleared through Android’s application settings
Removed when the Application is uninstalled
Device backup and restore features may retain or restore certain Application data.
Analytics, crash, configuration, and advertising information is retained by the applicable third-party providers according to their policies and configured retention settings.
Users may contact the Service Provider regarding privacy or deletion requests. Additional privacy controls may be available through the user’s Google account and Android settings.
The Application uses an internet connection for advertisements, analytics, crash reporting, Remote Config, and update notifications.
Core image and PDF processing is performed locally on the user’s device.
The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by unavailable, slow, or unstable network connections.
The Service Provider uses reasonable measures intended to protect information processed by the Application.
However, no device, storage system, or internet transmission method is completely secure. Therefore, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and any files they choose to share with other applications or people.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If the Service Provider learns that a child under 13 has provided personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
Parents or guardians may contact the Service Provider regarding related concerns.
Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country.
Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Such processing is governed by the applicable service provider’s terms, safeguards, and privacy policy.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
Changes become effective when the revised Privacy Policy is published with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
