KD Studios ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Imagely Resizer mobile application ("App") handles your information when you use it.

Imagely Resizer is designed as an offline image resizing tool.

• No Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII), including your name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts.

• Offline Processing: All image resizing, compression, cropping, and optimization are performed entirely on your device. Your images are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Permissions We Request

The App may request the following permissions only to provide its core functionality:

Photos & Media Access

Used to allow you to select images from your device and save resized images back to your gallery.

Camera (Optional)

If you choose to capture a new image directly from within the App, camera permission is required. Images are processed locally and are not transmitted anywhere.

3. Image Storage

• Images selected for editing remain on your device.

• Resized images are saved only when you choose to save them.

• By default, processed images may be saved in a folder such as Pictures/ImagelyResizer.

• We do not create backups or copies of your images on any external servers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.

Imagely Resizer does not use:

• Analytics services

• Advertising SDKs

• User tracking technologies

• Cloud storage services

5. Data Security

Because all processing happens locally on your device, your photos remain under your control. We do not have access to your images or personal files.

6. Children's Privacy

Imagely Resizer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the App does not collect user data, it is suitable for users of all ages under parental guidance where applicable.
